Convener - Womens and Mens Section
We are currently looking for a Convener for the Womens and Mens sections who can assist our VP's and Captains in welcoming new members to the club. Please get in touch! 

Marketing Website Management
We have a new member to assist us with Social, but we would love a member to assist us with managing our club website and newsletter. 

• Updating Blog Content
• Ensuring each page has up to date information (e.g. fees, descriptions of teams etc)
• Updating our Hosting provider with details of new email addresses as roles change (mail forwarding etc). 

Junior Hockey Convener
The Dutch Hockey Club prides itself on being an international club in Hong Kong providing a fun atmosphere for our members to play hockey. A core component of our club is our Junior Section, thriving with over 40 kids from age 4+.
In 2019-2020 we will launch a sub-committee for the Junior section but we are actively looking for additional members on this committee, and a convener to also sit on the main committee. 
A comprehensive guide to DHC Junior Hockey has been written, and the initial registration process will be completed on your behalf. 

Responsibilities
• Coordination with the DHC Broader committee and attendance at meetings
• Coordination with HKHA Promotion and Development Division
• Coordination with Coach to ensure enough coaches and helpers are available at each session
• Replying to new potential members to see if they will attend an intro session and join our club. 
• Managing TeamSnap roster and schedule and reminders in Team Whatsapp
• Coordinate Junior Hockey tournaments (confirming attendance with parents)
• Assistance on Saturdays (not required every week, but good to be there)
• Confirmation of budget spent and completing annual report on our Community Sport Programme to HKHA. 

In 2019-2020 we would like to introduce a Youth Mixed Team and encourage kids ages 13-16 to also join our club so we can grow this section into a full kids section supporting the inflow of kids to our senior section. Can you help?
